At the Winchester Branch Meeting on January 29th, Dr Katherine Fletcher gave an informative presentation on the work being progressed to find causes of, and treatments for, Parkinson's. The meeting was so popular that every available chair was used!

Branch Meetings: are continuing on the fourth Tuesday of the month in Tubbs Hall, Kings Worthy SO23 7PJ at 2pm.

February 25th Caroline Wigley is a qualified Winchester Tourist guide for our area. She will be giving “A Contemporary Tour of Winchester” sitting in Tubbs Hall rather than walking the tour.

March 25th  Andover Mind offers a range of services from their youth service and wellbeing to carer support and dementia advice. "Sarah" from Andover Mind will tell us more.

April 22nd    Patrick Craze is a Winchester Tourist Guide and local historian. He will give a talk on "Winchester in the Edwardian times"

May 27th   Lucy Campbell, Parkinson’s local advisor for the South East will be making a presentation about her role.

June 24th  No meeting at Tubbs Hall instead afternoon tea at 3pm held at Brambridge Garden Centre, Kiln Lane, Colden Common, SO50 6HT. 

July 31st No meeting at Tubbs Hall as there is afternoon tea and walks around the gardens at 2pm. To be held at Down House, Itchen Abbas, SO21 1AX. Caroline Rassell CEO, Parkinson’s UK will be attending.

August  We plan an outside visit, date and venue to be advised

April 12th Coffee Morning and Raffle at Jean's home, 9 Nursery House, 26 Hursley Road, Chandlers Ford SO53 2RQ.

May 4th Car Boot Sale. Entry Fee collections at the old Cattle Market car park Winchester, in the morning from 10am

July 11th to 13th Fighting fit weekend at Sparsholt College. For more details click HERE
